Our Prenatal/Postnatal and Nursing Support provides essential vitamins, minerals, trace elements, and other important nutrients for women during the preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum period to prevent and address nutrient depletion.

Many multivitamins fail to address the unique nutritional needs of pregnant, postpartum, and nursing mothers, but not ours! The 20 essential vitamins, minerals, and trace elements that make up the formula use the most bioavailable and tolerated forms so that the body can absorb the nutrients easily. Mothers can be confident that they are providing their bodies with high-quality ingredients in the best forms and doses.

Vitamin D

Many women begin pregnancy while being deficient in vitamin D, which plays an important role in immune function and proper placental implantation (1). In addition, for the first 6 months postpartum, nursing mothers are typically the baby’s sole source of Vitamin D. With 2000 IU per serving, the Mother Nutrient Prenatal/Postnatal and Nursing Support will provide sufficient levels of Vitamin D to support the high demands of pregnant, postpartum, and nursing women.

Folate is important for the normal development of the fetus, starting from the early stages of pregnancy before you may even know you are pregnant. It plays a significant role in neural tube development and is known to prevent risks of neural tube-related birth defects. Studies have shown that folic acid, the synthetic form of folate which is commonly used in prenatal vitamins, is not metabolized properly in many people (2). Our product provides 1,360 mcg DFE (800 mcg) of folate as methylfolate, the biologically active (and therefore most absorbable) form found in the body.

Iron is essential in maintaining oxygen-carrying healthy red blood cells, and aids in energy production and immune function. Because of its high need during pregnancy, it is becoming more common for women to become anemic during and after pregnancy. Not getting enough iron means you can feel fatigued, dizzy and weak, which can interfere with your ability to care for your baby. It can be challenging to get all of the iron you need through food, so our supplement can help you get the adequate amount you need to keep your iron levels stable. It is offered in the most bioavailable and tolerated form, which means less commonly problematic symptoms like constipation.

Despite its importance in healthy embryonic and fetal brain development, most prenatal vitamins do not contain choline. In addition, since large amounts of choline are transferred to your baby during pregnancy and through breastmilk, the majority of women do not meet the recommended daily intake of 450 mg during pregnancy and 550 mg during lactation. Our Prenatal/Postnatal and Nursing Support is one of the few supplements that contain choline, which is in its bioavailable form, phosphatidylcholine.

Premium formula for preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum

You want the best nutrients for your pregnancy to support both you and your baby!

Our formula contains essential vitamins, minerals, and trace elements in the best forms for better absorption, including methylfolate (folate), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6), ferrous bisglycinate chelate (iron), and vitamin D3

No nutritional gaps

You won't be missing any key nutrients in our Prenatal/Postnatal formula! We include high-quality ingredients most prenatals don't offer, including choline, iodine, preformed vitamin A, and folate.

What also sets us apart?

The premium doses are no comparison to other typical prenatals that offer minimal amounts.

We recommend to take it along an Omega 3 softgel. We decided not to include it inside of the prenatal as typically Omega 3's can cause digestive issues and are recommended to take at night.

Only 3 pills per day!

You don't need to take a million pills every day and our pills are not gigantic either. They're easy to swallow and a full dose only requires 3 pills a day!
