How do I contact customer service?
We are available during store hours, M-F 9:00-5:00 pm Central time. We can be reached by email at email@example.com. We strive to return all emails within 24 hours Monday through Friday, and will be answered during business hours in the order they are received.
How do I make adjustments to my order?
At this time, we are unable to allow adjustments, or edits to existing orders. You will need to place a separate order for the desired item, or cancel the order with Customer Service before it ships by emailing us or requesting a call-back. After cancelling, you are free to reorder whatever you’d like.
Am I able to use multiple discount codes at once? Can I use a discount code on a sale item?
Only one discount code can be used per order. Please note that if there are any discounted items in the cart, discount codes will not apply to your cart, except for select and specified discount codes.
Do you offer individual consultations?
Not at this time, but in the future we plan to offer an in-depth course that will cover all topics in detail, as well as videos, meal plans, recipes and more.
Do you work with practitioners or wholesalers?
We currently don't have a wholesale program in place, however we are happy to work with practitioners that are interested in promoting our programs and products. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
When will my order arrive?
We typically process orders in 2-3 business days, shipping make take an additional 3 business days. You should receive your products (within the Continental US) about a week after your order has been placed.
Do you offer free shipping?
We currently offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more within the contiguous US. Orders of less than $50 only pay a flat $3 for shipping within the contiguous US. We currently do not ship internationally.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently do not offer shipping outside of the United States.
Returns and refunds
How do I process a return?
How will I receive my refund?
You will be refunded back on the card or PayPal account you used to purchase the original order. Refunds will be issued for returns weekly in accordance to our return policy.
How do I process an exchange?
Unopened bottle returns within 30 days of purchase will be provided with a credit towards the purchase of any other Mother Nutrient product.

Are your products hypoallergenic?
Most of our products are hypoallergenic, please check on each product's page for specific ingredients.
Are your products free of allergens like gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, etc?
Most of our products are free of gluten, wheat, casein, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. Please check the product section under each product page for ingredients.
Where can I find the Supplement Fact/Product Ingredients label for a supplement?
You may find nutritional information and any allergen warnings by visiting the product page for the specific supplement. You will also find the complete nutritional information label within the product images.
All of your products safe during pregnancy and lactation?
Most (but not all) of my products have been selected because they are safe during lactation, however, not all are safe during pregnancy. Check the product description section for each product to find out if there are any warnings. And always consult with your doctor before taking any nutritional supplement.
Will my prescribed medication negatively interact with Mother Nutrient's supplements?
We are not healthcare practitioners, therefore, we are not aware of any contraindications, but you can always check the product page for any warnings in particular. It is best to consult with your prescribing physician, or local pharmacy manager, to ensure that what you are ordering can be taken with your prescribed medication safely.
